Account information: name, email address, password (stored encrypted), and account type. Profile information: phone number, profile picture, and for professionals: business name, description, services, pricing, service area, website, license and insurance details, logo, and gallery photos.

Homeowners provide a service address and ZIP code so professionals can find and quote nearby jobs. Professionals provide the ZIP codes they serve. We do not track your device's real-time location.

Photos you attach to service requests, profile pictures, logos, and gallery images are stored to display within the platform. Messages you exchange with other users are stored to provide the chat feature.

Your request details (service, area, description, photos) are visible to professionals serving your ZIP code. Your full street address is shared in the context of quotes and bookings. Professional profiles are visible to signed-in homeowners. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. If analytics tools are added in the future, they will be privacy-respecting and disclosed here.

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) and Vercel (application hosting), which maintain industry-standard security practices.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider. We never receive your Google or Apple password. Optional address autocomplete is powered by Google Maps; your typed address text is sent to Google to provide suggestions.

You can view and edit your profile information in the app at any time. You may request a copy of your data or correction of inaccurate data.

To delete your account and associated personal data, contact us through the app. We will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or dispute-resolution purposes.
